When will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded no later than 14 days after we have received and positively verified your return.
How will I receive my refund?
You will receive the refund via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase or another method requested in the return form.
If you paid the courier on delivery, you will receive your refund to the account number provided in the return form.
Important!
- the refund includes the value of the returned products and the shipping cost based on the cheapest available option
- you pay for the return shipment — we are unable to accept parcels sent using the cash on delivery option
- you can only return unopened products
- if you are returning a product containing multiple bottles (such as NewMe PRO), all bottles must be returned
The right to withdraw from the purchase agreement does not apply to orders of products that:
- spoil quickly or have a short shelf life
- are delivered in sealed packaging, if they have been opened and cannot be returned due to health or hygiene considerations*
