My Basic Care

When it comes to the quality and safety of our products, compromise is not an option. Therefore, all Health Labs Care supplements are tested for mold, yeast, bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella, as well as their PAH (total benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, chrysene, and benzo[a]pyrene) and heavy metal (lead, cadmium, mercury) content. 

Each batch of every supplement is tested in an independent, certified laboratory: J. S Hamilton Poland, which complies with the highest quality standards, confirmed by the Polish Center for Accreditation and by its continued membership in Polish and international associations such as FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) and GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association).

We do not recommend taking SmartMe while undergoing laser treatments, as the product contains vitamin A.

We recommend taking supplements from the My Basic Care set in the first part of the day, after a meal. 

We recommend the following protocol:

• OmegaMe and Vitamin B Complex: one capsule each in the morning, after breakfast
• Smart Me: 5 mL after lunch (or during lunch, if you decide to add it to a salad for example)

For one hour after taking the supplement, you should not consume hot foods and drinks, coffee and strong tea, alcohol, or fizzy drinks (especially acidic ones, such as Coke or Pepsi).

We do not recommend taking SmartMe while undergoing laser treatments, as the product contains vitamin A.

We have created dedicated dietary supplements for pregnant and breastfeeding women called LittleMe 1st Trimester, LittleMe 2nd and 3rd trimester, and OmegaMe Prenatal. This is a basic set of supplements that contains a number of ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as for those planning pregnancy. For your own safety, consult your physician before you begin taking any supplement.

We suggest you choose one. If you want to take OmegaMe, it is best not to drink fish oil.

To ensure product safety, it should be refrigerated once opened. If the product is opened and stored at room temperature, it may go rancid much more quickly. If the product starts tasting bitter, it is possible that the peroxide value and the acid number have gone up.

The test measures the concentration of calcidiol, the first hydroxy-derivative of vitamin D, to determine whether the patient has a sufficient intake of vitamin D. Knowing your vitamin D level is important to determine how much vitamin D you need and what further diagnostics, if any, should be performed.

This test is particularly recommended when combining the supplement with other products containing vitamin D3.

This urine coloration is normal and it is no cause for concern. This is caused by riboflavin (vitamin B2) — in Latin flavus means yellow. This color of urine is evidence that your body has absorbed the riboflavonoids contained in this vitamin.

B vitamins have a stimulating effect, and have the capacity to reduce exhaustion and fatigue, so they could make falling asleep more difficult if taken in the evening. 

One portion of the Vitamin B Complex dietary supplement contains 100 µg of vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, which accounts for 4000% of the GDA (Guideline Daily Amount).

Every three months, it is worth testing your levels of vitamin B12, as well as other B vitamins.
